General Introduction




 



MAZS MACHINERY can supply hot rolling seamless pipe production lines with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons. The main equipment includes billet band saw and conveyor units, two horizontal type conic-rolls hot piercing mill, Accu-Roll restraining mandrel elongator with mandrel cooling cycling device, sizing mill, chain-type cooling bed, tube straightener, steel tube cutter, R-Profiling Machine for SRM stand, etc. Our laboratory conducts various tests on steel pipes with eddy current flaw detectors. It is used for high, medium and low pressure seamless steel pipes and oil tubes. All-round inspection measures can meet various standard test and inspection requirements for steel pipes.
